Hey, I've been playing this for the last couple of days, I'm currently on Monday and have run into a pretty serious problem. I've just phoned the former police chief and then Jerry but when I click to move away from the telephone it shows the image of the phone out of its cradle but with no option to call anyone and no way to put it back or interact with the scene. However, I can still access my inventory and get back to the main menu, so the game hasn't entirely frozen.

I've tried going through the phone calls four or five times now but this always happens at the end. The game has crashed a handful of times before now, once it froze going through a door and another couple of times it crashed to desktop randomly.

Can anyone help? I've been really enjoying it so far and would hate to be cheated out of finishing the game.

Ok, I seem to have found a solution to this myself. I was trying it again tonight and had the random idea to try walking out the room then back in (my save game was right before picking up the phone) and bizarrely this did the trick. The next time I used the phone I was able to leave the scene properly and went on to finish the game.
