Should have gotten at least some achievements by now, like all atm's in downtown.. Is there something special I need to do to enable achievements, like create the game profile with my gog name or play in ironman mode?

Since I don't own the game through GOG, I wouldn't know for sure if achievements for GOG Galaxy even work properly, but before I activated my Steam key I saw a lot of GOG achievement lines in the "player.log" file whenever I went through it to look for stuff. Haven't looked at that file lately, but I assume those lines would still be there, had I achieved anything in my latest session. Could there be a problem with GOG Galaxy? (I assume that's what you're running to have GOG record any achievements.)

Yes, I see these in the output_log.txt file:

GOG: UnlockAchievemnet ENTER_INDUSTRIAL

GOG: store stat ACHIEVEMENTS value 7

But they don't show up in GOG Galaxy. The game overlay is still working.

PS. maybe that's the message it's sending to Galaxy and it's not working because there's a typo there: "UnlockAchievemnet" =)

Ah yes, that typo. I noticed it myself, and mentioned it in a post in the Steam forum over a year ago. No idea if it might affect anything, or if it's just reporting stuff to human eyes, where typos don't matter nearly as much.
