I saw in the Page from Kinky Fridays that the game have some new update. But how long i need to wait. Its still the old update.

There is a beta branch, you need to switch to that branch to see new content.

is there a way without using the gog client? I just download the installers

Im afraid not. As far as I understand, a beta-branch isnt a full release, so you cant download the files for it seperately.
GOG seems only to have the latest official release for download.
