Why GoG don't have Season 2 and Season 3 for buy, when Steam still selling? Am I correct that remaster is only 1. season? So there is no reason to remove seasons 2. and 3. from the store.

That's independent from each other.

Season 1-3 were removed when Telltale went bankrupt, back then they were removed from ALL platforms.
Whoever holds the rights now obviously has no interest to sell on GOG.

The remaster of Season 1 was done by a different company (SkunkApe) who DOES want to sell on GOG.
