Nothing comparably serious that I know of. I recall a moment during the election when a character still had a mouse hotspot active after he'd gone - i.e. his name would appear if you moved the mouse pointer around where he used to be - and there's https://www.gog.com/forum/sam_and_max_series/sam_and_max_saves_the_world_bugged_ending_credits
