Hi, does sr3 need a CD or multiplayer key? If so do you have to do a special ial request? Thanks!

LAN does not require a key. Online Multiplayer requires steam as of now. Don't know if Galaxy can be used for multiplayer. Might be able to use a VPN for online LAN play but haven't tried it personally.
