This was always the biggest killer for me. I could stand the crashes, I could stand the fluttering framerate, but I just couldn't listen to the absolute mess that was literally everything about the PC Port's sound-scape. Now that it's actually playable, is it listenable?
If it is, someone made a mod for the radio stations to have their high quality console counterparts.

Haven't played it yet myself, but I can tell you there was recently a radio overhaul mod released to up all the music quality.

All banks ported from X360 version and converted in 32000-44100hz STEREO

I didn't know that the voice audio is the same in both versions, that thread was very helpful.
So there is only a way to improve the sound of the radio stations, but there is no way to improve the sound from the cutscenes?
