Hi I just recently bought Sacrifice, after I installed I am unable to play, It crashes right as I open it,

I have Windows 7 and an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730

Is there any error message? Does the dialog where you can choose the Direct3D mode appear? If so, try to switch to Direct 3D HAL instead of T&L and see if that helps.
Also make sure you have the latest version of your graphics card driver installed (might be a bit difficult since Laptops have rather bad driver support and the official drivers from the AMD/ATi homepage don't work for the mobile chips most of the time). Also try to update Direct X.
