i have tried just about everything at this point. i have tried the guide on the pcgamingwiki page for sacrifice, and it doesn't work. i also tried a few different versions of dgvoodoo2 (2.79.3, 2.45, and 2.72) and none worked.

I don't understand. You mean the driver selection box when you boot up the game? Discord is way better place to ask as it's much more active. These forums are empty.
