It's gotta be me... what am I missing. I have two modifications points to assign in my pyro section of the modification box.. I have tried clicking every key.. trying to drag/drop anything that highlights... but nothing I do allows me to select another spell to activate or anything. I cannot assign either of the points I have in the upper right area..

Nothing moves except the fireball spell I already am using.

duh.... what am i missing.

Held down keys including control, tabs, caps, while clicking all the icons in the Pyro area... with no luck. Included guide, no help... googled and everything but how to assign the points.... HELP....

thanks

When you have mod points, you need to open the aspect sub-menu on the Combat Arts screen using the large arrow button to the right. This will open a section where you can assign your mod points by clicking on the green flashing pluses.
Here is a video of somebody doing it:

Be aware that you can always only pick one mod from a pair.

For new skills, you need to find and use runes. Every time you use a rune of the corresponding skill, it adds a level to that skill. All skills except the starting one have to be unlocked by reading at least one rune for them. You can exchange runes at a special NPC to get those you want.
