There were some official bonus maps for Rune.
DM-DeepUnder (Alternative link)
HH_Arena (Alternative link) - Includes AR-SlomoArena and AR-Lucid.
MickMaps (Alternative link) - Includes DM-Sanctum and DM-Rotarena. Sanctum is already included in GOG's versions (both Gold and Classic).
Rune Bonus Map Pack - Includes DM-Bothvar and DM-HelEvator. Both of them are already included in GOG's versions (both Gold and Classic).
