When I start RCT3 I get the copyright information followed by a permanent white screen. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Sounds like an issue with the logo movies, the Escape key may be able to bypass them.

Otherwise try to see if you can play them manually, they're located in the Movies sub-folder of the install directory. If there's an issue doing that, then you have probably found the problem.
