Hi, I just successfully installed RCT Deluxe using wineskin winery on my MAC OSX Ver. 10.10. When I go to play the game, the entire top of the screen is all messed up. I can't see anything and its all buggy. The rest of the screen looks fine. Any idea how I can fix this?

You could try the additional comments here. That's for the CD version, but might work.

Run it via a virtual desktop at the maximum resolution RCT runs at instead of fullscreen and it's fixed.

You don't really want to run the original in fullscreen anyway as the resolution is smaller than the sequel.
