Where is the GROUPED guest thoughts screen for RCT3?

See the attached image.

The screenshot is from RCT 1 or 2, but I remember seeing it in RCT3 as well. But I can't find it anywhere.

The button was invisible for some reason(same as the guest icon in the panel), you can try to click somewhere near where the icon should be and will see the existing data.
