It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

An update over the past couple of years (not sure which one, but I'm guessing the latest) broke NVIDIA (and presumably all other methods of) integer scaling, as it now scales in-game as demonstrated by the razor-sharp cursor. Any good workarounds before it's (hopefully) patched? I don't want to play in HD and have tiny sprites.

How married are you to using the original executables?

I'm not sure if this could help, but maybe I've found a solution.

In the installation folder, open the file "dxcfg.ini".
Change the line "display=desktop" to "display=application" and save the file.
Hope this will help you and fix your issue !
