So I downloaded a file called RCT aCceSS and ran it as an administrator, as you do, but I gat an error message that says the following: Cannot Find Scenario Progress Fil (CSS0.dat) Program aborted. Help me pls.

Either you didn't run RCT before attempting to use it, or it's just not compatible anymore.
