Alas, you can't. It's Windows only due to it being coded differently... or something like that... Maybe one day GOG will make it MAC capable but as for now... today is not the day :(

Sorry for the late reply - I don't check this forum very often - but you can hop over to PaulTheTall's website and grab his Wineskin-created wrapper into which you can install the game, which should run great on your Mac then.
