I had to reinstall RTC and now i get this error code Error 0xc000022 and the game will not start. I have Windows 10

This seems to be a common issue with certain games lately.
In the Control Panel (not Settings), go to Programs and Features -> Turn Windows features on and Off. Open the Legacy Components section and tick DirectPlay.
