Is anybody else experiencing the game crashing when attempting to host a LAN lobby?

I tried it again not too long ago when my ISP went down but apparently you need an internet connection to even play LAN so didn't get to find out.

so it doens't allow local lan gameplay ? IE MP is locked behind forced DRM like needing GOG to play mp?

Hey,Guys!
You may have been curious situation.
On my desktop computer without a microphone,
option> multiplayer> voice comms
When I moved to there, Crash to Desktop occurred every time.
But there is no problem with a laptop computer with a microphone.
I can also LAN Host normally on that laptop.
Maybe it's because it doesn't have a microphone?
