I do know this is game NOT for everyone, BUT I also know I love it. Having beat it several times I have come to the conclusion that no other game could use remaking. Why RE-do Tomb Rader for the UPTILLEAONTH time when we could update this masterpiece? Sure I know this game had some real crap acting, but hey, 1994. With a graphic update, online co-op, this game can really bounce! Just think... OUT LOUD! Tell me what you think!

I would love to see a remake of this game if only a slight graphical overhall so I could actually navigate in the game. I do like the idea of a true survival game, I just found it way to pixelated to beable to get any sense of direction. Though having the controls and UI improved couldn't hurt either.
Just to add this is more a discussion, questions topics are normally used if you want some help with a game technical or otherwise or if you need specific knowledge about something.
Oh, sorry, you see I'm some what new to the GOG community.

It cool, just figured I'd let you know for future reference was all. Have you played the second game in the series or just the first?

Yes, I have, and I could have done without it. It sucks. Sorry if you like it but the medical system (what I thought was the best part of the first one) isn't that great here.

Nah, I haven't had the chance. Was going to ask if the visuals were improved enough to beable to tell where your going in it but if the game isn't as good it doesn't matter so much.
Yeah, just stay away from it.

I personally thought Deus was very incoherent and messy compared to Robinson's Requiem. The controls felt stiff and the FOV was kinda zoomed in so you never could properly see what was around you (both items and enemies). The medical kit seemed a nice upgrade, but I was so turned away from the messy graphics I never could give it a proper chance.
Then again, if it's anything like Robinson's Requiem after a few hours, I'll definitely need to give it another chance sometime in the near future.

Ugh. Sorry. But its the same way the whole game. Can't even get new medical supplies.
