I sent email to 'support@conatuscreative.com' as follows:

"Hi Daniel,

I’ve googled & checked what forums/support I can find, can’t find a solution to this.

I’m trying to play RCR:U two player, one on keyboard, one on controller and the keyboard and the controller are both being picked up as player 1 – How do I get the game to recognise one or the other as a different player?

Thanks for bringing back the RCR goodness"

If anyone can answer this please let me know.

I'll post the result of my email here in case it assists anyone else having the same issue.

In the options you can set the keys. Wouldn't it be possible to set the keyboard keys for player two while not using for player one?

I have the opposite problem where I want to play solo on my arcade stick, but the game is recognising my stick as p2 and the keyboard as p1!

I can't understand why so many games on pc have controller issues....
