reading why it got refused
the rejection was due to gameplay sequences in a brothel, as well as to a marijuana-like drug smoked by some of the NPCs.
Lol.....love the loophole

the game is still technically banned here and yet i brought it from GOG.

GOG doesn't apply regional restrictions to availability; Steam has the regional restriction in effect for this game (it also blocks New Zealand for good measure).

Risen is a game made in germany. Of course this didn't happen.

But what happened, that the risen 2 logo was "censored" on steam at launch. The color was changed from red to blue. I don't know which country was responsible for this change. Maybe it was australia, but I don't want to say anything wrong.
