I haven't done this and don't plan to - at this point he is just a guardian on a mission and death for theft is even more then a Comandent can take - causing desertion. :) However, I am wondering what actuallyt happens. I assume he is not on my crew and just turns up later at the reactor? Are the mage tasks concerning the lightning towers, etc cancelled since there is likely no way of getting the stone for one of them from him? I guess I could betray him once - a loss of a few soul points and a few missions won't derail me - but it just isn't my style.
