Turning out to be a disappointing year and change for 3DR and the "boomer shooter" resurgence.

I really hate being the pin to pop the hype balloon of years past, but the delays/lack of communication about so many of these titles - released or otherwise - is hard to ignore.

I didn't miss anything, much less news from the beginning of the year. Trust me, I've been keeping a close eye on a few specific games, not just the Rise of the Triad remaster.

My statement still stands just as it did when I posted back in March. These long stretches with little to nothing to show for it on a lot of titles is worrisome.

I'm glad Graven finally saw some life though. I was ready to write it off entirely.
