Originally the ROTT was sold in 4 packs: The Standard TRIAD,the original version; the TRIAD Power Pack, which adds 10 more MP levels, random level generator RandROTT and a remasterized ROTT: THB shareware version; the Super TRIAD CD, that was the original + Power Pack on a CD, instead of floppy disks; and finally the TRIAD Site License, that adds even more 10 MP levels, on a total of 50 Comm-bat levels.

I am willing to buy this game, but I'm asking you guys: Is this version GOG sells the most complete version - TRIAD Site License?

Can't say I'm sure but what I can say is that I got the following level files with the game:

DARKWAR.RTC
DARKWAR.RTL
DARKWAR.WAD

EXTREME.RTL

HUNTBGIN.RTC
HUNTBGIN.RTL

The others I had to download.

That looks pretty complete to me. Alternatively you can get the game from the Apogee/3D Realms webstore. Same price as on GOG, plus it comes with a few extra goodies the GOG version doesn't have.

Yeah but GOG version is unlimited downloads ;) And 3D realms 2 weeks download time. Only game I bought there was Shadow Warrior. :)

The startup screen does say this ROTT is the "Site License CD Version." So I guess there's your answer. 8^)

I just checked (literally, less than a minute ago) the game's MP levels and it does indeed have the Site License version's extra levels.
