Hello, I installed the game today and I noticed that the dark area (corners especially) are crushed (i.e. completely black; no detail). I increased the brightness but got no positive results. Does anyone else have this issue?

Try turning off the "ambient occlusion" setting in the launcher, this is what creates that effect.
Turning off "color grading" can help it too.
