So I have a vegetables farm delivering stuff to a Depot that sends to another depot and then to the farmers market.

I have 5 trucks working on it on each place. I have accumulated 93 units of vegetables on my farms while the market barely see any products.

So I need to just keep making more depots? Seems a bit ridiculous. Have 3 depots (x2 so 6 depots) to feed one farm? Its the beginning of the game and I can't have trains.

There is a tech that you can unlock to add +4 trucks for non-logistics and +10 for logistics buildings.
Also, two depots should be enough, one near the farm and one near the market; are you sending the products there via a trade route? That's the point of depots.

I'm quite sure you're using destination trucks and not trade trucks. Might want to do the 3rd tutorial again :)
