I usually play on 2 machines, my main rig (desktop) and laptop. When I go back and forth between my 2 PCs, the saves don't update.

Any way to fix this?

For me the option to sync is greyed out in the Galaxy settings, even though it is an advertised feature on the game's catalogue page. I can only suggest asking Support about this, if you can get past the chatbot and actually open a ticket.
