my screen is cut off on the sides...there is no option to correct the resolution in the game or in the INI files AND even catalyst isnt helping resize the game.......wtf do i do

You sure it's not AMD settings? Check GPU scaling and turn it on or off (I don't remember which option helps).

I have the same problem - and using Nvidia.
Any way to make the game fit to screen?

I manager to find a solution: Nvidia control panel -> scaling -> set to fullscreen.
