24tumblr: can someone help--running win 10 64bit--amd6450 video card

I just figured out the issue, Open the start menu and search for "OptionalFeatures" or "Turn Windows Features on or off". Then you want to expand Legacy Components and tick Direct Play. It will do a quick install and now the game should launch.

See attached picture for what Optional Features Looks like
