I am trying to play RE1 i got from GOG, when i launch the game in the smallest resolution it looks fantastic, when i launch it in my monitors native resolution it looks horrible and pixelated as expected.

everything I have seen has said to use reshade and add a crt filter effect, I have tried and tried again, picked all the different APIs and done everything I Could think of, when I launch RE it will not launch with reshade on, the game comes up and i try to press the home key to open reshade and nothing happens

does anyone know anything about this or maybe have a fix, I could just play it in teeny tiny vision which id rather not do but if i must i must
