After defeating Nemesis at the clock tower, the scene as he throws himself into the flames and Jill falls unconscious is not displayed. I only immediately see Jill in Carlos' arms.

If you're using Classic Rebirth, see if you've unchecked the "Enable movies" option in the launcher, or the "Has_video = 1" option in config.ini file.
