My PS5 Controller plugged in via USB-C doesn't get recognized by the game. My XB One wireless controller also.
What can I do to fix this?

I don't know what could be wrong with your controllers but the 360 and series controller work fine for the games so you should try to see what is going on with your controllers, maybe it is windows that doesn't detect them correctly... for the xbox controller try to update it on windows with the xbox accesories app (I think)...
