I do not why. I also contacted support but without a solution.
I bought the three Resident Evil games a while ago. The games appear in the browser where I can download them, but they are not in my game library on Galaxy.
Actually, I didn't even see them on the browser at first and I had to refresh them using the instructions on their website to solve the problem. There was no solution on the client.
If I go to the store page in Galaxy, the games are for sale but I don't see them as owned. They are not even in the library.
Honestly, this is the reason why I don't really want to make purchases on GoG now, because I have the feeling that the platform doesn't work properly.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Galaxy but to no avail.
I hope that even by posting this complaint here, GoG will be able to give me a solution to the problem.
Does this happen to anyone else, maybe with other titles?
