I just started the game and proceeded to get my third party member in the first dungeon. At the camp afterwards (2nd location in the first dungeon), I saved and then had the conversation with my party.

I gained enough reputation with the new character to fill in a social link with her. However, I wanted the reputation to go to the other party member and loaded the save to redo the conversation, which is not possible anymore. Now I don't have a social link with either of them and can't start the conversation again.

Hello doppelschwert,

you are indeed correct, this is a bug. It's already on our 'to-do' list. We're working on it. Thank you for the report!

There seems to be some inconsistency with relationships in general. I feel like none of my merchants showed as ready to level up. But apparently anyone you know can reach Acquaintance right away, even if their progress bar says 0. I guess 0 out of 0 is interpreted as 0%, but it clearly isn't telling the right story here.

I was concerned that I didn't have any way of finishing a 5th quest in time based on this, but it turns out I could easily get my 4th and 8th acquaintance quests checked off in this manner.

I also find the Chapter quest tracking unusual. It says that for Chapter 2, I need 5 kingdom quests. Luckily, it did indeed count my 6th as progress toward the first of the next five, but I was expecting to see it as a total. It looks like a bug because you have to remember how many went toward previous chapters, but it works in its own odd and weird way.

You don't need to remember - just open quests screen, point cursor on the kingdom quests objective and tooltip will pop up.

On lower levels a single day spent with a character is enough to advance the bond, hence it goes straight to the next level. However you are correct in the fact that the game should display it as 100% on the lowest level for clarity purposes. I'll add it to the "to-do" list.

Yeah, this should be worded better. We'll be improving it to display the number as a sum, instead of how it is now, to avoid confusion. Thanks!

Awesome. I'll look forward to the patch
