In Redout, is there a way to change the player name in the profile? Right now it just defaults to "Player 1."

I couldn't find an option so i think it's not possible. But if you start the game with Galaxy, your GOG username is displayed instead of Player 1.

I don't use Galaxy, but I was hoping there was a way to manually reset the name. I checked the config files but didn't see "Player 1" listed anywhere.

That's what I thought, just wanted to let you know. I guess it's primarily designed for store clients like Galaxy or Steam.
The developers may not have thought of offline players. :(

I did that as well, but couldn't find any "Player 1" entries so i think it's hardcoded.
