Download the Raze source port and run the Redneck Rampage games accordingly, which allows you to skip having to run the games in Dosbox.

This is just the way GoG has it setup. I think they did it this way so that it is easier for people to run the multiplayer version and choose the multiplayer maps?

So, GoG scripting in the dosboxRR_single.conf has dosbox run ROUTE66M.EXE, which is the multiplayer executable. This specifically takes you to the setup first so that you can change the type of multiplayer game you want to play and can also choose the map you want to play ( one would want to read ROUTE66.TXT to learn how to do this).

Two things you can do:
Ignore all the options in the setup and just go down to Save and launch Redneck Rampage. It gets you into Route66

Change the ROUTE66M.EXE in the dosboxRR_single.conf config file to ROUTE66.EXE. No setup screen first, but also no multiplayer.
This change may be overwritten should game update in GoG Galaxy.

edit: Or use Raze like TheBigCore mentions

Problem solveD.
Just to see what happens I hit the launch button in the configure settings screen I get when i typed 2 in the game selection screen, and it launched Sucking Grits. So all is well.
I am considsering using Eaze, but it seems like a alot of trouble to set up, frankly, more then it is worth if I can get the games to run fine in the standard gog version.

Raze will recognize steam and GoG installs of Duke3D, Redneck Rampage, Blood, Shadow Warrior AUTOMATICALLY.
If you have these installed thru steam or GoG Galaxy (maybe thru manual GoG offline installers not sure), Raze will find them and show them. Just unzip the Raze files wherever. NO installation required of Raze itself.
