After Installing the Game, the screen comes up (albeit in a window instead of full screen but I can live with that if I have to) but nothing in there responds. I can click on anything and it does nothing. If it matters... the cursor doesn't "change" either when hovering over a menu item. You know how often the cursor will change to look like a hand or finger grabbing something when something is clickable... nothing like that. It's as if that Window is in it's own little world and I have no way to get into it and play the game.

I can't even remember now how I had to "quit" the game (it was a couple of days ago I tried to play and am just now posting because... life somehow gets in the way. Anyway... I can't recall now if it let me close it by clicking the standard X in the upper right corner of the Window or if I had to go into Task Manager and end task... but my memory is clamoring that I in fact had to do the latter.

Am I the only one seeing this?

It's not a mouse controllable game either you use keyboard or gamepad. There is a custom file to see and set what controls the game has and other settings. I played it with both keyboard when my gamepad died and then with gamepad when i got a new one.
Anyway the standart controls should be Y or Z , X, C, V, W and the keyboard directional keys. I set the game to full screen though not totatly sure if it didn't want to show the video if i didn't set it to full screen.
