I just received my free copy of Rebel Galaxy. What I can't figure out is what order the files should be installed. Any pointers?

If you've downloaded it just recently, you only need the first two files (It's already patched - the patches are for those who downloaded earlier).
Run the installer (setup_rebel_galaxy_2.6.0.11.exe) and it'll use the .bin file automatically.
(If you're using Galaxy, I dunno how it works, but it should be as easy)

The default installer is now " setup_rebel_galaxy_1.08a_(hotfix)_(12083).exe" with a corresponding "setup_rebel_galaxy_1.08a_(hotfix)_(12083)-1.bin".
Different size from the previous setup_rebel_galaxy_2.6.0.11 set.
Has a new signed GOG cert as well.
