I just broke a siege for the first time (confirmed in the Stats screen, under Blockades Broken it says 1). I unlocked the Siege Breaker achievement that says it is for 10 blockades broken, but Siege Buster that says 1 blockades broken is still locked.

Have you updated to the latest version of the game?

I can confirm that the achievements are simply switched around. Just broke my 10th blockade, and got the "break 1 blockade" achievement.
