Has anyone seen this before? The screen looks fine on the desktop, but as soon as I click on one of the four options in the bottom right corner of the start screen for example, and a window for that click opens, the whole screen (the pop up window and the one behind it) start "flashing" (sorry, don't know how to explain it other than that). It's enough to make you sick in the stomach. LOL

Anyone seen this and knows what I can do to fix it?
