I finished all levels in Jibberish Jungle ( only one Electoon is missing ) but the game didn't unlock Desert of Dijiridoos .

I haven't find anyone else having similar problem and I even did quick run through again and it worked just fine.
Are you sure you did everything you had to? Have you crossed the Electoon bridge and then did flying level with boss fight? It should automaticaly unlock right after that. When you land with mosquito, it transports you to world map and new land appears.
