I have issue to start Rayman Origins game on Windows 10 64bit with message:

Rayman Origins.exe - System Error
The program can't start because XINPUT1_3dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Try running the .exe in compatibility mode and as admin

I tried also compatibility modes and running as admin but with same result.

Try reinstalling the latest version of DirectX from Microsoft's hoempage.

Following steps SOLVED my issue and game is running:

Reinstall the June 2010 DirectX runtime package. You can find the archive file containing the 2010 package installation files here:
www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109

After that please download and install the DirectX Web Installer:
www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=35&e6b34bbe-475b-1abd-2c51-b5034bcdd6d2
