Every time I boot up the game it thinks I'm holding down, even when there is no controller, mouse, or keyboard connected to the computer it just scrolls down the menu screen forever. This issue is sort of hard to word so I have yet to find anything on it, please let me know if there is any kind of fix I can do for it.

Edit: Have you tried (assuming Windows 10) turning on Filter Keys in Ease of Access? Or installing the game on a different system?
