As demonstrated, one of the rocks you have to carry in the Warehouse portion of Hoodlum Headquarters manages to spawn on the outside of the grating. They are pretty much necessary, especially if you want all the cages. (There's a glitch that lets you kill the Hoodoo early, but it's annoying) Anyone have any similar experiences or something? Sorry if this repost is spam

Does this happen every time? I've heard of this glitch before but from what I know restarting the level should fix it.

Yeah, every time I enter the area. I've also tried restarting the game but no luck. I found nothing useful aside from the Hoodoo glitch while googling about it.
