I click play, The game appears briefly in the task manager then closes.

I've tried launching in compatibility mode, 640 x 480 resolution I've verified the games files. Any help would be appreciated.

I've got the same problem- I click and nothing happens-

What OS are you on?
I just tried to reinstall it because of this and worked right out of the bat.

Tried running it as admin?

EDIT: I looked around the forum and found this.
Give it a shot perhaps? That person said it helped them.
And someone else linked this but there is no feedback to see if it works, so I dunno.
