Probably a combination of the unwieldy camera and framerate drops on my weak laptop.

Is there any way to disable the game's weird version of vsync? Seems it always gets stuck at 60fps, 36fps, 30fps, and 20fps...

I've got an Intel 4500mhd. Interestingly, the resolution doesn't have too much of an affect on the framerate, unless forcing it to 1920x1080 through the .ini file. Otherwise, 1280x960 is almost identical to 640x480.
