When playing the game, I am unable to use alt+tab to switch between windows (my second monitor is currently down). Alt-tab doesn't do anything. Is there any fix for this? I tried doing alt-enter as it says in the nGlide_readme file to switch between fullscreen and windowed mode and that didn't seem to do anything either other than briefly show my other programs before switching back to the game with nothing changed.
