Does 60 fps only cause issues with the bonus stages (source)?
This question / problem has been solved by RibSharkimage
Yes, only the bonus stages are affected by 60fps.
use v-sync adaptive with half-refresh rate (it's included in all nvidia and amd drivers)

remember to set 60hz in your monitor

rayman 3 has the same problem

MSI Afterburner + Rivatuner is a superior way to cap fps.

I believe you as you're a notable Rayman modder, but I'm interesting hearing about your testing methods.

I've played through the game in both 30 and 60fps and there were no other notable changes. There's possibly some other minor differences that I didn't notice but nothing should affect gameplay.
