Since it is a download, I'd assume you could place it in the files somewhere but I don't know if that will work. I also want the end cutscene that was also cut out of this version.

I don't believe there's any way to manually add it to the game. Rayman Forever didn't originally come with the intro, so it probably doesn't even look for it.
